“Very disappointed about the fact that the Brain tablets have been reduced to 90 tbs instead of the original 180. In addition, you still do not hv the Physphatydil Serine tabs in stock. Has the company changed ownership? Things hv changed, for example, you do not give the discount anymore - such a pity!”

Many thanks for your feedback and taking the time to leave a review. The company has not changed hands recently. We are currently in the process of reviewing our product range and updating our labels using the feedback we have gathered from our customers. Sadly, after long discussions, the difficult decision was made to remove our Advanced Brain Nutrients in the 180 size. One of the reasons for this decision was down to lack of popularity. The decision was made to produce more of the most popular size ensuring that we have more available stock of the most popular size. Whilst reviewing our product range we also had to take the hard decision to stop producing the Phosphatidyl serine whilst the product development team take sometime to look at how we can reformulate and make some improvements. This is due to the cost of the specialist ingredient increasing significantly and commercial viability is one of the many factors we consider when reviewing our products and range. “Higher Nature offers an excellent range of vitamins and minerals. It's worth joining their yearly membership deal as the discounts are good. On the slightly negative side I now find I always need to check the use-by dates on any products I purchase as on several occasions they have been so short that I've had to return them. Fair enough if they are reduced and you are informed of the short date but not acceptable otherwise. And it's always a bit of a hassle having to speak to customer services and then return the unnacceptable items. So beware of this when ordering as it's a pain to sort out later.”

“Good service. The items arrived quickly after ordering. I prefered the old reduction scheme rather than the new system. I'll just have to miss out on the discounts, and find some products from other sources.”

“I have been purchasing products from Higher Nature for some years in the UK, now I live abroad and the service is first class here too receiving goods not long after ordering. “I used Higher Nature for at least for three years and then because of computer problems I lost track and had to use other companies then found my way back to H Nature as I prefer the products and the service . Unfotunately on my second order I waited for the delivery for weeks as the goods were sent to the wrong address in all the order took five weeks which wasnt encouraging”

“Very disappointed with the new web site and also the packaging and one of the producets I ordered. Only the Omega3 Fish Oil appeard the same but it was not available in the 180 capsules container.”

We are gradually updating our labels so this is why the appearance of the bottles you received differed. “Usually good service with good products and savings with membership. I have been using them for years so that proves something. However, last order they sent the wrong product despite the correct one being on the invoice. I had to telephone to explain but they did send me a prepaid return label and sent the correct item promptly.”
