“Good quality products. Always do deals. Within time frames delivery. But I still not warm up to the new style of subscriptions method where it feel force & less flexibility. Other than that things are good.”

“I've used Higher Nature products for quite a few years, they ar good at despatching things and the quality of the products is worth the price. Still feel like I'm 35 although I'm 46 & without tempting fate, I almost never catch any illnesses, so I put this down to a good diet, plenty of excercise and also food supplements from Higher Nature”

“Have used Higer Nature for many years. However, the new subscribe and save which I assume replaces annual membership is not at all attractive. I don't want to be dictated to on how I order with a price reduction incentive. The membership system was far better and for me much cheaper than the current system. Change is not always for the better and I am now forced to pay much more for my chosen products!”

“Love your vitamins, advice, guidance and the uplifting Bristol Blue colour of the packaging but I struggle with the seal when I open them but more importantly I struggle to screw the tops back on after each dose. I can never get the white stuff off so the lids refuse the thread. I'd love to know how other people with weakened arthritic hands manage. Any tips?”

“I have used higher nature products for many years now and have always been extremely happy with them.i am sure I feel the benefit of the quality.When the new website was introduced it took me a while to get used to it but I am OK with it now.I like the no nonsense packaging too.”

“Products are good but i was confused by the receipt i got with the goods which was without the discount and incuded the cost of post. It was explained by your customer service and i had not checked my payment which was the original charge. So all well in the end but i had to phone to understand the discrepancies.”

“I have used HN for many years and find your despatch service and advice line very useful. Recently you updated your website and I find it more difficult now to complete an order. For example if I search Vit C, nothing comes up, I have to input Vitamin C. That didn't happen with the old site. Also, you provide the helpful service of subscription purchasing but your selection button defaults to subscription rather than one-off purchase so I accidentally bought three months supply of a product when I only wanted one item. I hope you can pass this feedback to your web developers.”
