I placed an order hoping that I wasn’t one of the many who had issues with shipping and actually being able to get in touch with someone.
I figured I’d go ahead and call to ensure my order was shipping out within 1-3 days as what was stated in my purchase confirmation email as I needed the product within 10 days. After multiple phone calls and sending emails I still have yet to get in touch with someone.
