Customer service was amazing. Rex emailed me almost immediately after ordering letting me know that shipping may be delayed. And I had inadvertently ordered the wrong color wrist bands. I asked Rex if he could make that change and he did so. Very easy to work with, and I'll definitely be ordering again when I need more equipment.
