Fantastic customer service. I placed an online order and due to manufacturing, the color I request most likely would not be available before I needed it. Rex communicated clearly and gave options and honest answers. In the end, he was able to get the original item to me, within the timeframe necessary. I would recommend Highland's and use their company again.
