It’s been over 2 weeks & still no shipping confirmation. Tried to call, but lines & mailbox were full. Makes a first time customer very skeptical.
Immediately following the previous statement, I was contacted by Highlands & informed of a computer issue. They quickly took care of the issue & sent my order out promptly. It arrived with no more issues or delays. Definitely pleased with the end result.
