Bought power air fryer - tried to use, simply didn't work. Can't remember when a brand new product I've bought was faulty. Decided to return not exchange. Tried to contact seller but due to extreme load of calls (no wonders) spent half a day on the phone. Eventually, HSTV returned to me and managed to return by Hermes. And that was it.
