Traffic Officer Gurdip Singh was incredibly supportive and polite when I lost all power on the M25 late at night. I couldn’t switch on my hazards or indicators, the speedometer went dark, the lights failed, and both the brakes and power steering were compromised. Without his prompt assistance, who knows what could have happened—stranded in a black car on a curve in the middle of the night.
