Awful people, having a good inside knowledge, the staff are treated poorly and most never trained properly, turnover is very high as it is just a telesales business but instead of selling they are chasing debts for commissions. Debtors who are in genuine need of help are not offered any support, as that doesn't make profit! The threat of legal action was used as a way of pushing for higher payments to clear the debt quicker to meet targets too. Might of been going for over 20yrs but its certainly isnt the happy family company the marketing will have you believe.
