“Awful people, having a good inside knowledge, the staff are treated poorly and most never trained properly, turnover is very high as it is just a telesales business but instead of selling they are chasing debts for commissions. Debtors who are in genuine need of help are not offered any support, as that doesn't make profit! The threat of legal action was used as a way of pushing for higher payments to clear the debt quicker to meet targets too. Might of been going for over 20yrs but its certainly isnt the happy family company the marketing will have you believe.”
“Had a small debt that hadn’t been paid, due to unforseen circumstances, these vultures chased me for it. Agreed a payment, then kept being chased to try and pay the whole lot off, towards the end of the month, at a guess for their commission! Clearly sharing my date with another one of their compass I had several calls trying to offer me assistance in finding finance through them! I told them I wasn’t interested as the rates were so poor but they kept trying. Surely my information isn’t meant to sold on or shared like that in a company that is supposed to regulated! Spoken with others in my circle and found they also call from blocked numbers to avoid being identified so you might pick up! Spoke to a few people and some were ok and other really quite rude! A Quick Look at the website shows the people in charge, can’t see how the google reviews are genuine. This is not sour grapes because of being chased for money that I hold my hands up to making a mistake but being treated like someone who is fraudulent is not on! It’s not their place to judge people but it seems they lack people skills and empathy. Only a small step up from predatory wheel clampers!”
