Poor customer service I have been to the garage twice to see a car both times, I couldn’t because the car was broken even though you had it up for sale.
A phone called could have helped as I got taxis to the showroom twice so that’s 2 taxis to leave also. Absolutely a poor show and I’m still waiting for my refund even though your policy is for a maximum of 2 days it’s been over a week now.
I want my money back. It’s not a lot to you but to me it is. £99 give it me back
