Friendly staff, I’m yet to take my new car home but generally happy with Hilton. Could do with a little more on the customer service front - I travelled twice from 2 hrs away and they wouldn’t even offer a tank of fuel as a customer service gesture, particularly as I was waiting for 2.5 hrs to be seen despite phoning ahead. I hope the car is as good as it looks, fingers crossed.
