Found a car I liked and put a £99 holding deposit down and booked for a test drive on the 22nd June, on arrival had to wait a short time while they prepared the car, had a really good look around it time obviously wasn't an option for these guys, they gave me the keys and told me to take as long as I wanted, so nice not to be rushed. Bash then went on the test drive with me. He was a really nice person making sure everything was OK, went through everything with me and made the whole buying experience a pleasure, had a little while to wait while the finance was sorted but all the guys kept me updated and I didn't ever feel neglected. I then had the handover by Jerod as Bash was dealing with someone else and didn't want to keep me waiting. All in all great place, great people and exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would buy from them again. Thanks guys for a smooth transaction, drove the car home the same day. Definitely worth 5 stars would give more if it was possible.
