Purchase process went well. Car developed a fault with the rear heated seats. Was advised to get repaired and Hilton would refund. Forwarded the invoices - no response. Called multiple times since Jan and dispite repeated responses that we'd get a call back from "Venu" about this, still nothing. Always told "you will be called back today" and nothing happens. Always put on hold and told customer service too busy to speak to us. Not sure if we'll ever see the money. Very disappointed.
