I purchased an EV from them last couple of weeks, on arrival after paying £400 for the GuardX the car was covered in dust. I was told when I come to collect car I would have a full charge on collection the car was on 0%, I was then dragged to 2 public chargers and ended up sitting in Tescos for 3 hours so I had enough charge to get home. I also asked where my locking wheel nut was, I was assured it was in the boot, there is no locking wheel nut. I emailed and 5 days later still no response and I doubt I will get it. The customer service just could have been alot better.
