Took awhile to receive our sign but once we finally got it we are very happy with it! Installation was a bit tricky as the paper "template" that is used to mark where the letters go and where to put your attachement points was WAY bigger than the dimensions indicated on the online custom creation tool. but once the template was right-sized and the holes were drilled, the rest of the installation was pretty easy.
