First time buying a sign from Hineon. We had bought a cheaper on amazon and it was not great. So we looked up HiNeon and wish we had gone with them at the beginning. They are responsive to email requests. Sign arrived very quickly and came with all the hardware for easy installation. Sign is very visible in our window which gets a lot of sunlight. Recommend choosing the sign with the black backdrop as it is very visible. The remove contol is a very nice touch too.
