When I bought the product and completed the registration process it said I could have a 10 % discount voucher, I tried to use this on buying another identical lock at£300, it didn't work when I contacted Customer Service they said it wasn't valid on this lock. So I would have bought 2 locks and had a discount on the second which would of been £30. I bought another lock from Litelock a competitor and have now got four of their locks. It seems very short sighted to me.
