I bought the Zlock combo as it looked durable & well designed on website, seemed convenient to use on 'the hop'. When it arrived it still had same plus points. When changing the combination code to a personal one the lock wouldn't 'move'. I emailed support for help and was advised to use different numbers either side of my code because the 'tumblers' can stick! Poor manufacturing and cheap customer service!
