I live in an area Los Angeles that has more people wanting to steal bikes, than there are bikes to steal. Whether it is on a bus bike rack or elsewhere, the Hiplok will stop that or at least slow-down any attempts to deprive you of your property.
I couldn't recommend this product any higher than I do. A low-cost investment indeed...
