Unfortunately there was an error with my order (wrong date of newspapers throughout the book). I reported this straight away and the lady I spoke to was extremely apologetic and reordered me another book which arrived fairly quickly. This was an 80th birthday present for my dad and it could have been a disaster had I not ordered the book in plenty of time. This is the first time I have used Historic Newspapers and I would certainly do so again, however, I do think that quality control department needs to be more vigilant when processing orders to ensure that the newspaper date ordered matches both the front cover and inside of the books.
