Today Sophie from customer service, now said I didn't provide details as a supplier... Mind you I only changed details yesterday to stop spamming emails. They have still insisted my account won't be terminated and to pay invoice.
I am now. Told to provide medical evidence..... the longer this takes the worse it is on my health! . Avoid at all cost. Scammers the lot of them
