I rung April UK as I wanted to change my health insurance company. I spoke to Jo who was very helpful and honest on what April could and couldn't do for me as I have a pre existing condition. I appreciated the explanations in plain and simple language without making me feel silly if I didn't understand.
Follow up emails and paperwork arrived promptly and when expected. The follow up call to check I did have everything and if I had any questions was also a pleasant surprise.
