Terrible service.
The medical cash plan I was on was discontinued after two years of me paying into it and I was not informed, meaning I paid for treatment that I could then not claim for.
If you are making substantial changes to a service like this, you should at the very least call the customers to discuss an alternative and send multiple emails, not just send a single letter as customer services confirmed.
The customer service team were very lazy and blasé about the whole thing and didn't even bother sending over information for their new package when I asked, so clearly have no interest in retaining customers.
I was initially looking to transfer onto an updated plan with Hive but would now never use this insurer again after this poor level of service.
