I am disgusted that they have tripled our premiums this year. Nobody has made a claim/had a significant birthday and nothing has changed. I would also have thought they could have written to us pointing out why? Although they had our personal addresses they have used our London Company addresses for everyone in the company, on the policy this year, which has also put up the premium. Incompetent in every way, we will be cancelling.
