Extremley helpful and very personable throughout the entire telephone conversation. Follow up calls to myself were made when promised and all cover was clearly stated and explained very well.
My daughter also arranged cover for her policy that is about to lapse and she too experienced a first class telephone conversation with every aspect covered and explained to her.
