Tonya is one of the the managers of the Lexington, SC store. She should NOT be able to have this position! I have witnessed on countless occasions, being that I am a frequent flyer, her chastising her employees! She is rude, condescending, disrespectful, talks down to them in front of customers, and is VERY unprofessional! I have on occasion asked for her assistance while shopping and she was very short with me and almost acted as if she were put out that she actually had to work instead of just walking around the store! I am a professional person and have employees under me and you do not treat people the way that she does. To be a manager or co- manager, you need to have people skills, be fair, respectful of others, no matter age, race, gender or religious! Tonya, you really ought to be ashamed of yourself!!!
