What happen to greeting customers and saying thank you for their business, I fined myself thanking them, for ringing me up? Somehow I don't think that is right. Plus today I had someone ring up my purchases, the whole time him was chewing gum with his mouth opened. I don't want to see that!! Bring back customer service!!!

Well I do love going to hobby lobby and I always go to the hobby lobby in northport Fla but they didn’t have nonpareils I needed for baking so I went to the Sarasota store at 8195 S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota.I went down the aisle and got what I needed and there was a sign that said 50% off All Christmas items, so I grab 3 bags of the Christmas nonpareils and when I get to the register, the lady Victoria B said these are $9.99 I said no they are on sale for 499 and I showed her the online ad. She said no that’s only online then she was very nasty telling me that the nonpariels are an food item and are not on sale then a manager came over and he said yes give her the $4.99 price, I know for a fact that my store in northport has them for $4.99. I don’t know the woman Victoria B had to be so nasty, if it’s a “ Food” item would she eat a bowl of it for dinner? If she can not be nice to people she should work in the back room stocking shelves, where she will not see any people. I know I will definitely be shopping at my store. I will not go to that store again. I do love Hobby lobby, but it’s a shame that the woman is a nasty person!

Went to Hobby Lobby to purchase a Christmas tree. Pulled card for tree and after further shopping went to checkout. Paid for purchases with my debit card and waited for tree to brought from stock. After at least 15 minutes was approached by an associate who informed me that the display tree was the only one that was available. This was AFTER I had already paid for the tree. Rather than go thru the hassle of picking another tree or having to go thru the process of getting refund. We agreed to take the display tree. Was not offered reduced price for display item or any apology for the mixup. Therefore I have decided to NEVER shop at Hobby Lobby again!!!!

I went to check out and the cashier, didn't offer me a bag with my breakable items that weren't wrapped in tissue either. The items were left on the counter near her, I had to asked them to be wrapped. Have better customer service. No smile, no greetings, nothing She looked like she didn't even want to be there.

I love hobby lobby for all my decor and crafting needs, HOWEVER, get with the times hobby lobby. Your cashiers are soooo slow because they have to manually type in every single item. I found they often make errors because of that, I had to correct my cashier the other day 6 different times because she would keep typing in $12.49 instead of $2.49...so on and so forth. Its time to update you cashier system. I promise you everyone would be happy.

I love going to the Hobby Lobby in McComb, MS. They always have what I'm looking for and the employees are very helpful. I must admit I miss the coupons. The manager Shawn is always pleasant and always ask about my husband when he is not with me when I visit the store. We are both retired and in Hobby Lobby so much the employees recognize our faces.

Well, I was inline and was told by I supposed a manager that the lane was closed, so I moved to the first line and waiting, she then motion for two customers to come over to where she was, from the third line, she open up a register. I only had one item to finish my decorations, and she didn’t even tell me to come to her register. What I think should have happen, is when she told me the person on the register was closing(cause he had a customer to finish) then I should have been instructed to come to her register at that moment. I was not jumping line but she put me back two spots in both lines. With that said, I put the ribbon down and decided not to get it. The wait is always lengthy and to close registers when so many are Christmas shopping doesn’t seem wise. It is like this quite a lot in my area. Nice store but be prepared to wait in line and unfairly moved.

Very disappointed in my yarn purchased today 11/11/25, HL # 1671932 Yarn Bee (Dream Spun) lot #5050177. I just am starting to knit with it, and already have had 3 complete splits in the yarn. I’ve never experienced this with so many splits in the skein. Disappointed customer.

Hobby lobby sells sub standard goods. I stopped shopping there a few years ago because of this, but I didn’t have another option. So I went in and bought a customized picture frame. I’m normally allowed to watch but this time I was told that it wouldn’t be ready for a couple of days. I said tomorrow? The assistant said .. that’s was fine. When I picked it up it was covered in plastic, I paid for it and took it home. I unwrapped it yesterday and the “ Pexi glass is warped, what happened to using glass? I can’t see the what was framed. Now I know I can go back and get it hopefully fixed. My problem is the inconvenience!!! I called corporate, there’s no courtesy compensation, no matter how much you have been put out. I don’t recommend Hobby Lobby .. Why should I?

I ordered one of your item 1357391, which was supposed to be a Kenworth Conventional W-925. What I received instead was a White Freightliner #AMT1046/16. I also ordered your item 890558, which was supposed to be an Autocar DC-9964B dumpruck. What I received instead was a Tow Truck #AMT1133. The absolute wrong SKU stickers were on these models. Whoever picked these items paid no attention at all to what the AMT number was, or couldn't even read. I like what I received, but that being said, it was not what I ordered. Preposterous way to run a business. Companies like this rely on repeat business. If you continue to conduct business like this you will have no repeat business.

Ordered online. My address is 606 Stauffer Ave but someone decided to send it to 606 Stauffer Street. Why ??? I wont order again online. Thank goodness the people on Stauffer St were nice enough to bring my order to me. Not everyone would take the time or effort to do this.

The art supplies at Hobby Lobby are absolutely worthless . There DecoColor paint pens are garbage. Your lucky if it will work 25% of the time before clogging up . Then if you use it afterwards it will come out in blobs, if it come out at all . Destroying your art work . You have been warned

Accidentally left my brand new packaged croquet infant hat with frog eyeballs and 24 mo.old green sweat shirt and pants - also in bag- bought at Amazon. We went to hobby lobby to get what we needed to make his Halloween costume based on these items. We placed them on the fabric cutting table. This was 8:00 last night. Called store when realized they were missing. STORE POLICY - toss anything that is not hobby lobby merchandise. Night clerk confirmed he threw away my 2 new items. Beware- never leave anything behind at paramus ( corporate policy) hobby lobby- it will be thrown away. Anything - according to the store manager. They DO NOT have a lost and found.
