Very expensive. Long lines. Employees can't answer questions. Got rid of 40 percent coupon. Back to Michael's.

I went to hoppy lobby for the first time with my Esa being that the store is pet friendly. I was in the store for over 30 minutes. When I went to go pay at the register a manager by the name of Trish walked by my dog and made a rude comment under her breath. I left my merchandise due to due customer service. I will never go back.

Hobby Lobby is giving their full-time employees a raise from$17 to $18.50, however, after the Christmas holiday season which is only about six weeks, the full-time employees will barely get 30 hours and the part-time employees will barely get 12 hours. Hobby Lobby's own employee handbook stipulates 35 hours or more as full-time. The public does not know this.

Hobby Lobby is a Greedy company. The most recent thing they did was take away the 40% off coupon that they offered since for one regularly priced item and they have had that since the day they I opened. During a pandemic while people are hurting financially they take that away they should be ashamed and to call themselves a Christian company they are far from that. I will no longer shop there and Michael’s and Jo Ann fabric will get all my business now

Hobby Lobby customer service is poor. I waited in line for 30 minutes. Informed the floor manager that the two ladies at the register are very slow. She was not friendly and told me to just wait patiently you for the are trainees at the register. I told her to open another register for the line was getting longer and people are waiting for so long. The store is at Landmark Plaza. This is suppose to be a Christian store but the manager is not at all kind and sympathetic to the customer. I’m not impressed with this company.

This place is what gives Christians a bad name. I’m disappointed and quite frankly mad. I ordered my stuff on the 27th. I had slowly been shopping the days prior. It’s set up top if I spend $50 or more I get free shipping so I added a few more things to my cart and after I placed my order I was surprised to see that the shipping was $11. I spent over $50 and it stated at the top it would be free shipping. I still haven’t received my order and today is 5 February. I just called wondering about the free shipping and she said that my order was shipped out on the 28th which was a free shipping day but the prior day wasn’t a free shipping day. WHAT?! The fact that I still don’t have my stuff when everyday when I track it it says it will be here that day. I’ve called 5 times now and it’s still days away. I won’t be shopping with them again.

Do you know some stores you go into, and immediately you feel uncomfortable for being 'different' well that's Hobby Lobby! They treat you like garbage if you're anything but white and their pricing is ridiculous. I went to store (last time mind you) and wanted to buy a indoor pot since they have 50 percent of all pots and when I went to check out and use the coupon, they said it was a 'your price' item you can't use with that. I felt like smacking me head because EVERY pot had 'your price' on it and this happened to me every time I try to check out their and i've had it, enough is enough. This white racist company won't be getting any of my money.

Hobby Lobby is a sh*thole!! On 3 separate occasions I’ve visited hobby lobby and been VERBALLY ABUSED by its workers. As a minor, this is extremely unsettling and made me feel unsafe to be there. They also claim to have “religious morals” but I’ve seen them be deliberately racist, sexist, and homophobic. If that wasn’t enough, hobby lobby donated over 14 million dollars to white lives matter. They are a disgusting company and I have filed reports about them again and again. My safety and well-being is threatened whenever I enter a hobby lobby store and somehow they’re still getting away with it. Go to michael’s, joanne’s, anywhere else. Hobby lobby you suck *ss.

As an employee for four years, I would just like to compliment the staff I had the pleasure to work with due to my decision to move on. The location is in Las Vegas at the Fort Apache and Tropicana. To the manager I have to say that there is no manager working that cares more about the presentation and cleanliness of their workplace more than him. As for the comanagers, they to were fun to get to know and the co-workers made the workplace a joy with hard work coming constantly. Thank you for the retail experience and Jesus Lives ....j

I’ve never been the one to pull the race card, but yesterday I was racially profiled/humiliated/embarrassed. My son and I went to purchase supplies for his business at Hobby Lobby I paid for the supplies with a hundred dollar bill. The cashier instantly call for a manager. Manager took my money, to another register, came back to me, holding the hundred in the air, loudly telling me, she wasn’t gonna accept my money, because it wouldn’t scan, and I should maybe take it to the bank, maybe they will take it, maybe not, insinuating I was trying to pass a counterfeit bill. I politely asked her to scan it again. She then told me, that she couldn’t, because their machines wasn’t warmed up. “Make this make sense” 🤔 So that means, she never scanned my money in the first place. I then told her, to warm all the machines up and I’ll wait for her to verify my real money!!! She also told another employee that, I could say whatever, she don’t care. She totally embarrassed me in front of a line full of people. After her last statement, I told her to stop talking to me, and get to verifying that money. She then said she will take the money, only because she’s choosing to. Wow Hobby Lobby, in Cedar Hill, Texas store number 247, “Ms Marilyn” is a real racist!!!! Hobby Lobby need to get it together!!! 😡 I am a hard working, black mother, thank you for disrespecting me in front of my 15 year old son!!!

Extremely disgusted to see metal letters on one of Hobby Lobby's ads showing "TRUMP." He is a threat to America's democracy and that little bit of subtle endorsement made me decide to never shop there again. Think about it!

I was ready to check out. One cash register was busy. I walked to a vacant register at the SAME time as another customer walked up to the busy resister. I was told by one of three employees, all chit-chatting together, that I had to use register one. As soon as I got in line, the employee who refused to help me walked over to the lady in front of me, who came up at the SAME time I did, to come to the other register and she would check her out. I laid my stuff down and left.

I have ordered hundreds of knobs from Hobby Lobby in the past. My last order one of the glass gold antique knobs which broke as soon as I installed on my bathroom drawer. I contacted customer service, sent a picture of the broken knob as requested and simply asked for a $2.99 knob replacement. They refused, stating that once it is taken out of the package they are not responsible! So now I need to pay for shipping for one knob and the knob replacement! Not so much the $2.99 knob and shipping, it’s the principle! I’ve been a loyal customer and they didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to my dissatisfied follow up email after them telling me they will not replace. Sorry Hobby Lobby, terrible customer service and you just lost another loyal customer.

Ordered merchandise from Hobby Lobby. Never received my merchandise. Hobby a Lobby recused to file a claim for list/stolen merchandise. According to Fed Ex Hobby Lobby is suppose to file a list/Stolen claim with its Fed Ex Account representative to investigate. Fed Ex alleges they left merchandise at my front door Friday. Not true at all. One item from this order was delivered by UPS. I received the item with no problem. The other 9 items were never delivered by fed ex. Hobby Lobby online customer service Reps and Sups are rude, nasty, and unprofessional. They basically told me I have to take a list and stated that they are not going to file a claim because fed ex is not going to investigate. Both of these companies are horrible and have terrible reviews. I personally feel that they are in cahoots. A lot of these companies are taking advantage of the pandemic and trying to make up for lost revenue by preying on their very own customers. I will never deal with this company again, but I will file a complaint with every agency possible. This is totally unfair.

I love the merchandise, however after shopping for many years, I find the managers are very unfriendly, the one presently in Janesville is VERY unfriendly and cold. Unfortunate, this is suppose to be a Christian based store, and now things are getting greedy, they no longer offer the 40 percent coupon... and not even a senior discount, a multi million dollar industry and they are taking away more. Michael’s, the other craft store is the only one to offer to seniors, which I will be going to a LOT more. Give your people customer service classes and if your managers keep up their demeanor, get rid of them and replace with helpful, friendly people
