Hobby Lobby is giving their full-time employees a raise from$17 to $18.50, however, after the Christmas holiday season which is only about six weeks, the full-time employees will barely get 30 hours and the part-time employees will barely get 12 hours.
Hobby Lobby's own employee handbook stipulates 35 hours or more as full-time.
The public does not know this.
