I was ready to check out. One cash register was busy. I walked to a vacant register at the SAME time as another customer walked up to the busy resister. I was told by one of three employees, all chit-chatting together, that I had to use register one. As soon as I got in line, the employee who refused to help me walked over to the lady in front of me, who came up at the SAME time I did, to come to the other register and she would check her out. I laid my stuff down and left.

I love Hobby Lobby and as a Christian appreciate many Christian products. But I am really opposed to buying items made in communist China, & therefore limit my shopping there (it is nearly impossible to find anything not made by this repressive country). Please, Hobby Lobby, take a stand & . stop supporting this government. Thank you.

Hobby Lobby has been my 'go to' store. However, since the 40% off coupon was discontinued.....not so much. My husband will tell you there was always a large bag of treasures when I returned home. Not any more! The customer service has always been awesome!

I love shopping at hobby lobby. However, bring back the 40% off coupon because if something is not on sale then I have to wait to get it but with the coupon I could go ahead and get it.

I love the merchandise, however after shopping for many years, I find the managers are very unfriendly, the one presently in Janesville is VERY unfriendly and cold. Unfortunate, this is suppose to be a Christian based store, and now things are getting greedy, they no longer offer the 40 percent coupon... and not even a senior discount, a multi million dollar industry and they are taking away more. Michael’s, the other craft store is the only one to offer to seniors, which I will be going to a LOT more. Give your people customer service classes and if your managers keep up their demeanor, get rid of them and replace with helpful, friendly people

Beautiful items, however the Janesville store has the most rudest manager , middle age man, unfriendly, avoids customers, never says hello, and should NEVER have that job in a so called Christian store, he is awful and you need to get rid of him and put him in a kitchen cooking burgers

Employees seemed overworked. A little short tempered. Also...I have seen gas station restrooms cleaner. Floor behind toilets was caked with dirt. (Kalispell Montana)..

Online refunds do not cover shipping!!!! If you return to store you only get store credit!! Dont buy from here!!! Walmart is more customer friendly!!!

I recently ordered 4 furniture pieces from Hobby Lobby. Set up pick up truck to carry 3 one was on order. 1 piece missing when i got there so had to wait. When it came it was damaged so had to reorder. Yet another trip for pickup for missing piece. Went to pick up piece that was damaged that they reordered. Went back the wrong piece was ordered. So here im waiting again. In the meantime manager offered me 10% extra on last 3 pieces ordered. Picked up 2 because now last piece was out of stock. Yet another trip. Called Round Lake Beach & they had the last piece but would not honor 10%. This whole process was really disappointing & stressful. The staff themselves were polite enough but what a mess with this whole order. Very upset customer!!

First of all, I love many, many of the products in the Hobby Lobby stores! I’m a regular customer! However, the website SUCKS! I need something like a 4x6 gold color picture frame or a green candle-I cannot type in either into the search box and quickly find the correct size or color. The searches are way too specific and I end up ordering from another business. The online site for Hobby Lobby is one of the MOST user-unfriendly on the internet-it really needs to be fixed!!!

Good selection, good store ... BUT, now a pandemic. Was in the parking lot collecting to go food and watched the HobbyLobby. People coming & going without a care on Sat 3/21 when other stores are closed. There's nothing in hobby lobby we can't live without for a few weeks and with a 4billion a year revenue, HobbyLobby can afford to show more concern at this time for customers and employees. The appearance is the almighty dollar is th Almighy to hobby lobby. Losing respect. Do the right thing.

During regular circumstances, great store. Pandemic situation - what is wrong with you!! Was at the parking lot for take out food and watched folks wandering in & out of HobbyLobby. Not much concern for your employees or customers. Your revenue is like 4Billion or more a year. There is nothing in your stores we can't live without for a few weeks. You can afford to close for a reasonable time period - apparently the almighty dollar is actually the Almighty for you. Your company is a disappointment and sets a bad example.

Great stores. Great selections. But, it seems you offer next to nothing made in America. Support THIS country, not Malaysia, India, etc.

I usually like hobby lobby, I love their crafting products I really like all of the cute items that they have in their store. I have bought a lot of material in there and I bought some this week to upholster a set of dining chairs and the material turned out to be faded in a lot of places and I covered a couple of chairs in the light material and you can totally see the difference. I checked cushions back in to show them the difference and the whole matter of it is even if it was on clearance they should warn people that there is no guarantee that the material is good. She pointed out that the material was on clearance and that was probably the reason that it had been marked down. I think that if they are going to sell below standard material they should warn people I had of time so that they know they’re taking chances. I had nine chairs to cover And one stuck out like a sore thumb so I took the cover off and looked through the material to see if I could find something better. Clearance or no clearance, I think that they should stand by the quality of their materials., Everyone likes a good bargain but it’s not much fun if you have to go fixing up the screw ups that you can get for using bargain stuff And I am just wanting to say be careful when you buy material that is on clearance at Hobby Lobby. There is no guarantee. There was no refund and I don’t think the customer service was very good in this case either.

The hobby lobby store is absolutely wonderful in Chula Vista, California. I’ve also ran into the workers there and they have been extremely helpful and cheery except for one. Her name tag said “Annie” and she is deaf. Myself and my friends have visited the store at separate times by ourselves. It just happened that we were all having a conversation and we all started talking about your employee, Annie. We all have been very disappointed with her being extremely unfriendly and had an obvious attitude of “why are you bothering me?” With a roll of eyes. One of my co workers has recently learned sign language and was excited to be able to communicate but Annie was not impressed. Please understand that I am deaf myself and I work with customers on a daily basis at my job. I would never give attitudes towards customers since that will make them leave the store not in a positive vibe. I just wanted you to be aware and possibly re train your employees or a one on one with Annie about giving customers some kind of satisfaction and would enjoy coming back. After all that’s how good business works. I understand everyone has bad days but this was an encounter on multiple different occasions and she is now known as a disgruntled employee that shoppers wants to avoid. She may be very knowledgeable and have some strong points in doing her job but working with customers is something she needs to work on. It’s just terrible and she leaves customers feeling bad. Thank you and hope you take this into consideration and fix it. It’s a wonderful store and you need employees to serve with excellence.
