The last few times I have shopped at Hobby Lobby they have been undergoing changes. Changes are complete and now Hobby Lobby is just another dollar store. The quality unique items I used to see are long gone. What a disappointment! Unless I’m shopping for a kids birthday party, I won’t go back.

Order shipped to billing address. Customer rep argued with me. Have proof they sent to wrong address. They finally refunded me, but would not refund shipping cost. Won't shop from Hobby Lobby ever again.

I've shopped at Hobby Lobby for years. When there wasn't one in our city, I traveled to shop at their store in another city. Their service here has gone so far down hill. Never enough check outs, stand in line for ever. I order a lot of merchandise through a dept. and never had problems until now. Shifting help, dept. heads, no one knows anything. Very put out and a great let down. Merchandise in this dept. gets down to nothing before replaced. It tells me I need to seek out other suppliers of the type of merchandise I need. Shape up Hobby Lobby!!

I think sometimes it’s misleading to have floral stems on sale and not other flowering stems. Why not lessen the confusion and make them all on sale or not…….. seems misleading

Bought a mini singer sewing machine that was absolute trash . Hobby Lobby in Springfield Pa would not let me return because a piece of cardboard was not in the box! I am a crocheter and bought a lot of yarn from them but, I will not be purchasing anything else from them ever again!!!

I was at the Fairview Heights location, and Jocelyn was so rude and unprofessional the whole entire time. Chomping on her gum.

I asked many staff (6) where I could locate an item I was sent mant locations, 1 staff was a manager he sent me to the other side of the store & told me there were people over there that could help me. The 6th person finally took the time to TAKE ME to the item. Staff need more training on customer assistance, not telling people they don't know or sending people on a wild goose hunt. Shame on your management team for not knowing store merchandise.

Fabrics dept. has a most helpful and truly kind person. Brenda helped me to quickly get the material measurements for my first baby quilt. She was so knowledgeable and disarmed me totally about the frustration of having to make this quilt for my great grandson. I thank y’all for the warmth and smiles. This my favorite place to shop for everything I need and more . God Bless !

The custom framing dept, associate name Janet helped tremendously with my canvas questions, she provided all kinds of options she was very kind and helpful and to top it off she did it the same day within an hour my order was done and I was very happy. If you have any canvas questions or framing this lady works wonders. Thank you Janet for your work. Very satisfied customer here.

I ordered a Alaskan Hauler kit online they sent me a California Hauler which is not even available on their site. They stand behind the caption saying product can differ, which means they can send anything they want and they will not work with you for a return. I will never shop at Hobby Lobby, I hate bait and switching companies like this, I will not miss them when they go under.

The employees have ABSOLUTELY ZERO sense of urgency. I'm always waiting 20min+ in the line every time I have to go. I absolutely hate having to visit this Frisco location.

The framing department is absolutely fabulous. Jay and the young lady that work there that helped me on various projects that I knew would be difficult to frame because they were fabric embroideries. I had six large embroideries that they framed for me and they looked absolutely fabulous when I went to pick them up. I asked them what they thought I should use for matting colors to go with my project and they offered insight and suggestions that made me feel really comfortable with decision that I made. I couldn't be happier with them as they went that extra mile and the outcome is absolutely beautiful. My thank you to the framing department.

I ordered 2 bird feeder protection domes. 1st of all the shipping cost was as much as the price of the domes. 2nd, the domes are cheap pieces of plastic. 3rd, the hardware doesn’t fit the Shepards hook the feeders are hanging on. 4th, the cheap plastic and the small light weight hardware would not hold up to the weight of the feeder. 5th, the refund policy is a joke. I was told by customer service that I can take this hunk of junk to the local Hobby Lobby for store credit and not for the money I paid or I ship it back at my expense and only get credit for the one I didn’t open. I have spent a lot of money down through the years at Hobby Lobby but will never ever spend another penny there again. I wish there was a zero star rating I could give.

I’m writing to you to let you know I have unsubscribe from your ads and will no longer shop at Hobby Lobby. After you donated huge amounts to Trump I realized you don’t represent my values but, rather your bank account. You don’t stand for democracy and are in favor of Trumps oligarchy cabinet! You are an embarrassment to Christ when you support these actions. I too am against abortion but, letting women die in parking lots is not Christian. You don’t represent the teachings of God at all. I think you need to read the Bible once again and align yourself to what Jesus says. My hope is that others follow suit. Michael will get my future business.

I ordered a specific model truck from Hobby Lobby and I received a completely different item, yes it was a truck model but not at all what I wanted. This was such a waste of time for me now I have to go return the items I received and I am so disappointed that I did not get what I ordered. I never would have expected a store like this would do bait and switch to get rid of old stock in place of what you ordered, this is crazy and this is what I told them. Good afternoon I very rarely shop with your store due to all the negative reviews that I hear about, but I was given a gift card for the holidays and figured why not. First off what I don't understand is why you don't ship from a regional Warehouse like the rest of the world does, therefore there would be no reason to wait several days up to 2 weeks for something to come out of Texas that is clearly older (possibly outdated) merchandise ridiculously overpriced. Secondly, very agitated to see the item purchased and other items, that I chose to purchase somewhere else due to the price, instantly 40% off when I went online verify my package was going to make it here today. Third, and my biggest problem is every time I go on FedEx to confirm it's location.. it says that it left Texas yesterday has no update of being in my area, has no update of when it could be delivered, it doesn't even show that it's in the same state. This is not good for my business nor is it good for my customers who depend on me to deliver their wants and needs in an efficient time so therefore I will not recommend your company to any of my followers, friends, or clients until such time y'all have reorganized your shipping and delivery system. Thank you for your time hope you work out these problems and that one day I may not only be able to use your services and the materials that you sell for my items but I can promote to my people and suggest that they go to you for all their needs instead of Amazon and other places.

I purchased a craft for my nieces ages 3 and 5 years old. The craft was damaged. I tried to return it and get store credit. They wouldn’t give me either the cashier was rude and the manager was rude .
