A shout out to the excellent customer care at the Erie, Pa Hobby Lobby. I visited this store on Thursday, Oct 15, 2021. I was having trouble finding an item, asked an employee and before I knew it, every employee was looking in different areas trying to find it for me! Thanks for always being so friendly and helpful!
