had a wonderful experience visiting hobby lobby's framing section at the Rochester NY location on Jefferson Rd (store #927). I got help from a very nice guy, Mark, who was extremely helpful. it is hard to find good employees anymore, but he definitely an exception because he went above and beyond to help me. not to mention the pricing was great.
