Hodge Allen Jones is the most disgraceful, unethical, and unprofessional law firm I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their conduct throughout my case was not just incompetent—it was fraudulent and predatory. I was scammed, deceived, and treated like a victim of outright extortion. This firm had the audacity to use my funds without my authorization, an egregious breach of trust and a clear act of fraud. They showed no accountability or transparency in handling my money, leaving me to feel exploited and powerless. To make matters worse, they attempted to extort £30,000 from me, claiming this was required just to consider taking my case on. Despite this outrageous demand, they still refused to provide representation, showing their sole interest was draining me financially while offering nothing in return. The firm’s complaints process is an absolute farce. The Head of Complaints, Chun Wong, did not even bother to contact me for my side of the case. Instead, Wong relied entirely on biased and self-serving letters from solicitor Bahareh Amani, who mishandled my case from the start. This was a deliberate effort to whitewash their misconduct and avoid accountability. Their communication was non-existent unless it involved demanding more money. They moved the financial goalposts constantly, adding layers of stress to an already difficult situation. Their refusal to engage transparently or provide adequate explanations for their actions further exposed their lack of professionalism and ethical standards. This firm is nothing more than a predatory operation that exploits its clients. They do not care about justice, fairness, or the well-being of those who place their trust in them. They care only about lining their own pockets, even if it means engaging in unethical and potentially criminal practices. Avoid Hodge Allen Jones at all costs. They are a disgrace to the legal profession, and their behavior should be investigated by regulatory authorities. I will be escalating my complaints to the Legal Ombudsman and taking every step necessary to hold this fraudulent firm accountable for their appalling actions.
