Even with a letter from the best the orthopedic specialists in country stating I was fit and well before leaving the care William Harvey Hospital in Ashford Kent on top of having medical evidence from numerous private hospital that indicates the hospital mentioned is lying.
I have now had to have my bicep tendon cut down and relocated making me look like a freak at the age of 37 after living a life of playing football and being an international ambassador for England since I was 12 year's old and never experienced any issues that the NHS have then tried to tell me is genetic defect when it isn't because based on those facts I would of developed osteoarthritis and tendinitis of bicep and pectoral by age of 6 meaning I would never of become an international ambassador for England at the age of 12 or continued to do this where I now represent the national team and been linked to clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea all of which can confirm I never had any issues until I left the care of the William Harvey Hospital”
“If I could give no stars I would have, I would strongly recommend AGAINST using this firm for so many reasons but mainly due to the lack of care and professionalism. There were several occasions where I had to chase a response after several weeks of waiting (these were often lengthy periods of 4-5 weeks) and this happened a number of times. The response I often got was around how my solicitor didn't have time to review my response or they were really busy despite me being a paying client also. There was a number of incidents that alerted me I was not being afforded the same duty of care as other clients on their books for reasons that was made clear at the early stages of my case where the tonality and reference to Beyonce in an email which actually had no relevance to my previous email which was a direct question to my solicitor. When I complained about this once I was fed up with the whole experience I was told that because my direct response to the email didn't appear to show that I was upset my feelings were as good as invalid. A piece of advice when people experience mirco aggression we go to our safe space which is our friends & family. So while you saw my professional response to a mirco aggression (we have often been taught to deal with these incidents in this way to avoid gaslighting) I have attached the conversation that occurred within my safe space. Just because I chose to remain professional doesn't mean my experience should be trivialised. If you are a person of color don't put yourself through it and don't be fooled by the presentism on their website....the gas lighting in the response to my complaint just summed what this firm really stand for and its NOT for their clients ESPECIALLY those of colour.”

“I can not NOT recommend this firm highly enough. They work with the police and are self motivated and utterly dishonest. the reason they are given awards is because it is called rewards for failure.
in 2013, Mr Monks failed to turn up court but was happy to take the legal aid.
I am sure they help certain people if you are of a certain demographic background.
Last year they signed legal papers for a PI matter and suddenly withdrew for no reason, after their department asked me repeatedly for signatures etc which caused me great concern. They then withdrew and never confirmed that they had destroyed that.
I would not use them if they were the last firm on the planet.

The person dealing with my case lied from time to time and twisted matter when confronted. No standards are kept within firm and should be closed down.”

“My partner was hit and run over by his ex wife in 2012 resulting in a broken leg and requiring knee surgery. He was assigned 3 people during the 3 1/2 years. The last being a female solicitor who accessed him of being abusive and threatening to the ex wife because it said so in her police statement, which was totally untrue and not proven and I had to remind her that she was working for my partner not the ex wife. Also had to point out that my partner at the time of the incident was recovering from a broken coccyx and wedge fracture in his back, was on a lot of pain meds and therefore was hardly able to walk let alone be threatening. No apology came from her or the company upon complaint. She was always very abrupt to both of us and told my partner to accept 50/50 or get nothing but an invoice for her services. He agreed to 50/50 on her advice and was awarded a sum of just over 20k, to which approx £12,700 was deducted for DWP plus their fee, it was 2 months later via an abusive text from the ex wife that he found out that this had been settled and he had to contact HJA who had been sitting on his award for over two months without notifying him. Two years later we have found out that DWP sent £10k back to HJA as they made an error in their figures and HJA are refusing to deal with this and so therefore we have contacted the legal ombudsmen who now will investigate. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, CORRUPT AND ONLY OUT FIR THEMSELVES.”

“My case is took very long which I tried to understand. Unfortunately now at the final stage it is impossible for me to contact my solicitor. I've been calling, leaving messages at the reception, emailing since February to get any update and still nothing. My solicitor can't be bother to call me back to at least say "I'm still waiting for confirmation and as soon as I know anything I will let you know". I feel it is because we don't pay them, they can't be bother to keep us updated.”
