“Waste of time this firm, they're that inexperienced that can't differentiate what medical negligence and malpractice is.
Even with a letter from the best the orthopedic specialists in country stating I was fit and well before leaving the care William Harvey Hospital in Ashford Kent on top of having medical evidence from numerous private hospital that indicates the hospital mentioned is lying.
I have now had to have my bicep tendon cut down and relocated making me look like a freak at the age of 37 after living a life of playing football and being an international ambassador for England since I was 12 year's old and never experienced any issues that the NHS have then tried to tell me is genetic defect when it isn't because based on those facts I would of developed osteoarthritis and tendinitis of bicep and pectoral by age of 6 meaning I would never of become an international ambassador for England at the age of 12 or continued to do this where I now represent the national team and been linked to clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea all of which can confirm I never had any issues until I left the care of the William Harvey Hospital”
“If I could give no stars I would have, I would strongly recommend AGAINST using this firm for so many reasons but mainly due to the lack of care and professionalism. There were several occasions where I had to chase a response after several weeks of waiting (these were often lengthy periods of 4-5 weeks) and this happened a number of times. The response I often got was around how my solicitor didn't have time to review my response or they were really busy despite me being a paying client also. There was a number of incidents that alerted me I was not being afforded the same duty of care as other clients on their books for reasons that was made clear at the early stages of my case where the tonality and reference to Beyonce in an email which actually had no relevance to my previous email which was a direct question to my solicitor. When I complained about this once I was fed up with the whole experience I was told that because my direct response to the email didn't appear to show that I was upset my feelings were as good as invalid. A piece of advice when people experience mirco aggression we go to our safe space which is our friends & family. So while you saw my professional response to a mirco aggression (we have often been taught to deal with these incidents in this way to avoid gaslighting) I have attached the conversation that occurred within my safe space. Just because I chose to remain professional doesn't mean my experience should be trivialised. If you are a person of color don't put yourself through it and don't be fooled by the presentism on their website....the gas lighting in the response to my complaint just summed what this firm really stand for and its NOT for their clients ESPECIALLY those of colour.”

in 2013, Mr Monks failed to turn up court but was happy to take the legal aid.
I am sure they help certain people if you are of a certain demographic background.
Last year they signed legal papers for a PI matter and suddenly withdrew for no reason, after their department asked me repeatedly for signatures etc which caused me great concern. They then withdrew and never confirmed that they had destroyed that.
I would not use them if they were the last firm on the planet.

The person dealing with my case lied from time to time and twisted matter when confronted. No standards are kept within firm and should be closed down.”
“My partner was hit and run over by his ex wife in 2012 resulting in a broken leg and requiring knee surgery. He was assigned 3 people during the 3 1/2 years. The last being a female solicitor who accessed him of being abusive and threatening to the ex wife because it said so in her police statement, which was totally untrue and not proven and I had to remind her that she was working for my partner not the ex wife. Also had to point out that my partner at the time of the incident was recovering from a broken coccyx and wedge fracture in his back, was on a lot of pain meds and therefore was hardly able to walk let alone be threatening. No apology came from her or the company upon complaint. She was always very abrupt to both of us and told my partner to accept 50/50 or get nothing but an invoice for her services. He agreed to 50/50 on her advice and was awarded a sum of just over 20k, to which approx £12,700 was deducted for DWP plus their fee, it was 2 months later via an abusive text from the ex wife that he found out that this had been settled and he had to contact HJA who had been sitting on his award for over two months without notifying him. Two years later we have found out that DWP sent £10k back to HJA as they made an error in their figures and HJA are refusing to deal with this and so therefore we have contacted the legal ombudsmen who now will investigate. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, CORRUPT AND ONLY OUT FIR THEMSELVES.”

“This company helped the opposition to defraud me out of my house I own 2 solicitors told me I had a claim against the police and council... I have lost everything because of this company who refused to even use the correct and real evidence all the land registry were not genuine and the case was not about my house but a car parking space...I have lost everything including my Mother's ashes by being defrauded and this company sends me a letter saying how much they enjoyed dealing and refuse to take up a serious complaint.The opposition admitted everything even an unlawful and illegal arrest I was thrown in to the back of a police transit van I am servely disabled and elderly...My house is put up for a secret bid and I was sent the paperwork by the estate agent asking me to bid.
The email below claims until the ownership is proved so why was I arrested on the 23/3/2016 by 4 coppers and a load of office staff ....then its now proved the witnesses one who claimed to be a solicitor is not they were office girls...
So what the hell was I arrested for and why was I thrown into a cell for appor 9 hrs then the police tried to have me committed and they even turned up to cart me off it was my family and friends who stopped them.
The council since December 2015 had tried to get me into a care home...
So why was I found guilty of aggrevated trespass at my own house looks like gona be evicted in approx. 10 days and as you can read they all say its my house lock stock and barrel.......
The solicitor refused to use this and other evidence in court and only used the forgeries of the land registry!!

Dear Mrs Cook,
I am responding to your e mail below as I am the line manager of Mrs Cole.
Your solicitor was notified yesterday that the Council does not dispute that you are the owner of and it has no intention of trying to take it away from you.
I am instructed that the vehicles removed by the Council are in safe storage and checks are being carried out to verify their ownership as they had no number plates which would have made the checking easier. As soon as the checks have been carried out and provided that they show you as the owner, you will be contacted to tell you how you can regain possession of them and their contents.
I must now request that you stop corresponding with Mrs Cole or any one else in the Council’s Legal section for two reasons. Firstly the Legal section have no further dealings with the matter and secondly, you have now instructed a solicitor to represent you and it is inappropriate for the Council to correspond with you direct in those circumstances.
