"If I could give no stars I would have, I would strongly recommend AGAINST using this firm for so many reasons but mainly due to the lack of care and professionalism. There were several occasions where I had to chase a response after several weeks of waiting (these were often lengthy periods of 4-5 weeks) and this happened a number of times. The response I often got was around how my solicitor didn't have time to review my response or they were really busy despite me being a paying client also. There was a number of incidents that alerted me I was not being afforded the same duty of care as other clients on their books for reasons that was made clear at the early stages of my case where the tonality and reference to Beyonce in an email which actually had no relevance to my previous email which was a direct question to my solicitor. When I complained about this once I was fed up with the whole experience I was told that because my direct response to the email didn't appear to show that I was upset my feelings were as good as invalid. A piece of advice when people experience mirco aggression we go to our safe space which is our friends & family. So while you saw my professional response to a mirco aggression (we have often been taught to deal with these incidents in this way to avoid gaslighting) I have attached the conversation that occurred within my safe space. Just because I chose to remain professional doesn't mean my experience should be trivialised. If you are a person of color don't put yourself through it and don't be fooled by the presentism on their website....the gas lighting in the response to my complaint just summed what this firm really stand for and its NOT for their clients ESPECIALLY those of colour."
