Not Recommended – Poor Understanding of Family & Human Rights My consultation with David was extremely disappointing. From the very start, his attitude was patronising and disrespectful — he consistently talked down to me rather than listening properly. He repeated himself over and over without offering any clear legal strategy or plan of action. It became obvious that David has very limited knowledge of family law, and he showed no understanding of human rights articles or the rights of mothers within the legal system. A solicitor should remain impartial and provide guidance, but instead David came across as biased and unprofessional. His attitude was horrendous — as though he was doing me a favour simply because the consultation was free — which is unacceptable. David’s lack of professionalism, poor knowledge, and dismissive behaviour made the meeting unhelpful and frustrating. I strongly do not recommend anyone use David’s services, especially if you need proper expertise in family law, human rights, or parental rights. He does not have nearly enough knowledge or respect to represent clients effectively.
