Great experience with these guys UNTIL after we got home & saw the large dent in the rear passenger door left when they drove the car for offsite storage. No liability accepted because we drove it offsite before reporting the damage. We collected our black car at midnight so what was obvious in daylight wasn't so obvious in the dead of night, tired after a long journey. Took 3 weeks to get any reply from them despite chasing. Cost of insurance excess more than total hotel stay & car parking. They're technically correct on liability - but morally? And where is the customer service in that? Stayed at Holiday Inn Worth Gatwick by the way, in case you were thinking of going there.
