It was handy, staff were very friendly and customer focused. Meet and Greet helps reduce stress associated with flying from and to a big, complex airport which can be an overwhelming experience. Using off-airport parking, I've had my share of standing in the rain outside bus shelters which are not sized to be compatible with those waiting for collection. Meet and Greet overcomes this problem and the weight lifting training needed for loading heavy suitcases.
