Welcome to this premier inn was terrible, desk receptionist was unpleasant and unprofessional,
Kept us waiting for at least 20 minutes on arrival, talking to staff when we were standing there, no apologies or nothing when she decided to acknowledge us ☹️will definitely not go back here
