We use Purple Parking all the time and have always been happy with the prompt service. This time our flight was cancelled and we owed £10 for our overstay which is not unreasonable. But. I had bought late return cover and expected to not have to pay, but the terms are I had to pay the overstay charge and then claim back the £10 from holiday extras later. I won’t be buying the late reply return cover again!
