App easy to use and communication is good. Used Car Park 1 at Birmingham Airport. Only glitch was on entry. ANPR should have recognised the car and the booking, issued a ticket and raised the barrier. However, I had to buzz for help and provide verbal booking details before being allowed in. That was happening to other drivers as well and the delay caused queues.
