Customer services and staff were all friendly and excellent. Breakfast was also great with a good selection of food. Hotel room was a bit dated and the hot tap on the bath did not work had to use the shower head to fill the bath. Also the extractor fan wasn’t working. This was reported to the front desk who were unaware and promised to get it checked out and thanked me for bringing it to their attention.
