Booked Jet Parks 3, Jack the driver of the circuit bus was superb on the way to the airport, couldn't do enough to help. On the way back we had to wait 20 minutes for a bus to turn up and the driver was miserable. Bus crowded and people refused boarding which split a family with young children up. Hopefully the journey on the way back was just one of those things and wouldn't stop me using Jet Parks 3 again. I hope Jack the driver gets the recognition he deserves for his brilliant customer service.
