Sadly, our original booking was for car parking at the hotel with the car to be collected from the hotel, but this was changed, and we had to drop the car off at the airport. When we checked in, we were advised that we would be given full details of where to take our car to however, we were given incorrect information and told to go to the top of the car park whereas we should have gone to the 1st floor, so we wasted 30mins and subsequently did not have time to visit the airport lounge. It is unlikely that we will stay at the Marriott again if the Meet and Greet Service is not offered as booked.
