I made a mistake with the car registration in the booking. It was unclear how to contact you and tell you. When I managed to contact you, the person was really helpful and changed the registration.
However, when trying to leave the car park, the change hadn't been passed through and the person who answered the phone was really rude and abrupt. Not what we wanted at 11pm after travelling for hours.
