We had a 6 am flight booked, so just wanted a quiet & relaxed early night at the Gatwick Hilton. The TV didn't work, so we asked the staff x 2 occasions over 2 hours if they could have it fixed, then panicked that they would wake us up after 10pm to fix it. They didn't and it wasn't fixed. Poor customer service
