While holiday extras were 5 star
The transfer bus to the car bark and terminal is not fit for purpose
The bus has only one entry / exit door with people trying to get on and off at the same time
People standing in the Isle with ther luggage making it difficult to get passed carrying heavy cases
The luggage racks are 3 tiers meaning some people have to.lift there heavy cases chest high and head height to put on the racks
This is why people stay in the Isles with there luggage
The driver should insist all passengers are seated
